The edge of the deck is closest to the Totten River, being 90 feet from the height of flagged mark of the Totten River property. 90 feet from the

height of flagged park of the Tonnery, the property being permitted is that 1284 Riverside have. Notice of this meeting appeared in the local newspaper at least five days prior to the meeting. what we're trying to do is the existing house, had a back porch, approximately from the back wall of the house, had a somewhat straightened porch that was probably about five feet deep by the width of the house, which was approximately 20 feet, I believe.

That portion will be enclosed and included as the interior of the house. and then there's a 10 by 20 deck off of that. So I think it will end up being a total of 17 feet closer, including the 5 feet of the interior. The edge of the new deck will be 70 feet from the high tide mark, and the yard has a seawall.
